Responsibilities
  • define, build and maintain a comprehensive security operations strategy aligned with organization goals
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high performing security operations team
  • Develops and provides strategy, vision and direction to multiple functions. Implements company-wide policies and practices
  • Interacts with internal and external executive level management, requiring negotiation of extremely critical matters Influences policymaking and strategy based on communication strategies and persuasion skills
  • Leads activities of one or more functional areas, divisions, product groups and services through subordinate directors / managers who have overall responsibility for the successful operation of assigned areas
  • External Attack Surface Management – assessment and assurance of the security posture of our attack surface management
  • Vulnerability Management – identification, assessment and reporting of vulnerabilities
  • Data Protection – identifying and protecting sensitive data from loss or unauthorized exposure
  • Threat Intelligence – gathering, analyzing and assessing potential impact of security threats to the organization
  • Security Monitoring – collecting, analyzing and assessing data to detect and respond to malicious activity across the environment
  • Incident Response – managing and resolving security incidents
