Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years experience as a Test / QA Engineer.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency in test framework design.
  • Experience with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Pytest, or TestNG.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages for test automation (e.g., Python, Java).
  • Expert in test automation integration with CI/CD.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and issue tracking tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working with global teams.
Responsibilities
  • Develop test strategies, build test frameworks and test plans (e.g., web-app level, services integration level, system level) to help the entire engineering team be more productive.
  • Build testing frameworks for system and integration testing to make testing high quality and high velocity.
  • Build testing framework for improving unit test quality and velocity for Python and Go.
  • Integrate automated tests CI/CD infrastructure to run tests periodically.
  • Develop stress testing framework using Postman, Selenium and other integration testing tools.
  • Manage data analysis, triaging failures, and collaborate with the stakeholders to debug.
