Requirements
  • All candidates must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government. This requires candidates to either be U.S. citizens or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System which will require that candidates have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years, have a valid and non-expired passport from their country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
  • 6+ years' experience as an project or program manager, or equivalent role, working with software development teams in an agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience and working in the federal/government contracting industry
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience managing communications in complex environments using messaging and collaboration tools like Slack or Teams.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust, residing in the United States
Responsibilities
  • Proactively facilitate and help with program reporting, including creating artifacts, updating status reports, tracking milestones and action items, and collecting and reporting on program performance metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Effectively manage team member onboarding and offboarding with a focus on consistent member onboarding experience and productivity by creating and maintaining onboarding documentation, facilitating CMS access, and identifying ways to improve the experience.
  • Support program-wide communication systems, including scheduling and organizing large program meetings, creating decks and other documentation, and providing administrative support for team trips and events.
  • Track and manage critical actions, program dependencies, and process improvements, ensuring individuals know what they are responsible for, and AIs are completed on time.
  • Manage and maintain team rosters, email lists, and slack channels, ensuring the right personnel are added to large team meetings, and lists are updated as changes occur.
  • Implement other process improvements to enhance program efficiency and streamline workflows, as needed.
