Requirements
  • You have deep, proven account-based marketing experience, including building a program from scratch or being closely involved in successful and unsuccessful programs across multiple companies.
  • You can analyze attribution data, identify what is correlated with revenue, and reallocate budget accordingly rather than focusing only on click-through rate and cost per mille.
  • You can interpret acquisition dashboards, distinguish benchmark issues from real problems, identify the relevant metrics, request the necessary data, and draw actionable conclusions.
  • You can design nurture sequences for sales cycles measured in weeks or months, based on the buyer's stage rather than a generic drip campaign.
  • You can brief a designer and content writer with sufficiently specific direction to produce effective output without micromanagement.
  • You can direct and hold an external performance agency accountable for pipeline outcomes rather than campaign activity.
  • You can build a collaboration model with sales covering marketing handoffs, feedback, and the operational handoff process.
  • You can explain a campaign or program that you discontinued and why.
  • You must be comfortable owning the full funnel from awareness through closed deal.
  • You must connect paid strategy, account-based marketing, sales alignment, and agency management across domains.
  • You must be comfortable using numbers to identify declining performance and determine corrective actions.
  • You must take ownership of a broad scope and close gaps independently.
  • You must be comfortable managing optimization and zero-to-one building simultaneously and switching context between them.
  • You must be genuinely curious about the buyer rather than only the audience segment.
  • You must be open to occasional travel to Tallinn and Canada.
Responsibilities
  • Own paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit, including investment decisions, testing, and budget allocation.
  • Identify new channel and audience opportunities.
  • Design experiments with hypotheses and success criteria, direct the performance agency's execution, and decide what to scale or discontinue based on results.
  • Monitor funnel conversion and work with the team to resolve conversion problems.
  • Lead the performance agency relationship by briefing campaigns, reviewing work, and holding the agency accountable to pipeline outcomes.
  • Decide when to enter or exit a channel.
  • Build the account-based marketing motion for Advantage by defining account-selection criteria, building the target-account list, and designing the campaign structure.
  • Design an account-based marketing approach for a list ranging from hundreds to low thousands of accounts with appropriate personalization across multiple touchpoints.
  • Build nurture sequences for a longer business-to-business sales cycle.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to align acquisition programs with sales priorities, maintain clean handoffs, and feed pipeline intelligence into campaign strategy.
  • Build the trust and working model between marketing and sales for Advantage.
  • Own the nurture layer across segments, including email sequences, retargeting, and content syndication.
  • Design nurture according to the buying stage and sales cycle of each segment.
  • Work with the content writer and designer to create nurture content grounded in prospect needs.
  • Discontinue or rebuild programs that do not move pipeline.
  • Own pipeline reporting across segments and connect acquisition activity to revenue rather than proxy metrics.
  • Connect attribution events to sales-qualified lead and closed-won data to evaluate program performance.
  • Use artificial intelligence tools daily to surface patterns and accelerate analysis.
  • Provide insights to marketing, sales, and product that change decisions.
  • Brief the designer and content writer with clear, results-oriented direction.
  • Ensure paid and organic acquisition reinforce each other, including answer engine optimization.
  • Feed performance data back into content strategy.
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, GA4, and customer data platforms.
  • Experience in the Free plan or product-led growth side of acquisition.
  • Reddit or other emerging-channel experience.
  • Background in inventory, supply chain, or manufacturing software.
