  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years' experience in Product Management, Marketing, or Sales of durable consumer products in an international context

Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for structuring and managing a competitive product portfolio for the assigned product category, working closely with R&D, factories, and Joint Venture or sourcing partners to develop a competitive product range.
  • You implement measures to analyze markets, plan and steer turnover and margin, address portfolio gaps, and nurture relationships with the sales organization and customers.
  • You oversee lifecycle management for the assigned product category, ensuring that technical specifications, costs, and competitiveness remain aligned with market requirements.
  • You support strategic initiatives and take ownership of special projects in the area of product management.
