Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
  • Industry-level experience with SQL, Python, and the Python Data Science ecosystem (e.g. NumPy, SciPy, Jupyter, etc)
  • Proficient in a variety of machine learning methodologies (e.g. supervised learning, regularization, Principal Component Analysis, etc.), coupled with practical experience in applying these techniques to model complex problems
  • Solid understanding of deep learning architectures, frameworks, and related libraries
  • Familiarity with distributed computing, cloud platforms, and big data technologies
  • Proficiency in conducting A/B testing and a strong analytical skill set
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration, organizational ability
Responsibilities
  • Prepare models for campaign bidding
  • Contribute to the full AdTech modeling lifecycle, encompassing problem framing, dataset construction, defining objective functions and architectures, model training, and results visualization and analysis
  • Provide actionable insight into the performance of production models, bidding algorithms, and control systems through analysis and visualization
  • Run A/B tests and design experiments to assess the impact of model innovations
  • Contribute to campaign modeling playbook by synthesizing repeatable learnings on context-specific influences on model performance
  • Contribute to roadmap for ML operational tools for dataset generation, model training, and monitoring. Scope, estimate, and prioritize projects and tasks
