Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a relevant degree is required.
  • A minimum of five years of investment experience, which may include research, with consistent long-term investment performance meeting objectives is required.
  • Knowledge of investment and portfolio management theory, accounting and financial principles, investment strategies and instruments, and marketplace characteristics is required.
  • Decision-making, sales, and negotiating skills are required to contribute to revenue generation and guide sensitive or difficult situations through agreement.
  • Specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in the relevant job discipline or field is required.
  • The ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services is required.
  • The ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt a different point of view is required.
  • Technical experience with investment software such as FIS, Charles River, Morningstar, FactSet, First Rate, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office is required.
  • At least five years of investment decision-making and financial consulting experience working with high-net-worth clients is required.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and recommend client-centric investment portfolios using Wealth Management investment solutions to achieve clients' investment objectives.
  • Review and analyze investment portfolios, develop appropriate asset allocations, and select underlying investment strategies based on client preferences.
  • Provide ongoing oversight by recommending and implementing changes to holdings and asset allocations to maintain compliance with strategies and policies.
  • Manage assigned portfolios, including maintaining asset allocation, rebalancing portfolios, implementing investment changes, and raising cash.
  • Analyze and plan overall investment strategies, revising them as client goals and objectives change and coordinating with the broader client service team.
  • Transition non-compliant portfolios to approved strategies.
  • Manage account liquidity for ongoing cash demands and distributions and perform risk management.
  • Perform annual Regulation 9 investment reviews for assigned accounts and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Partner with Wealth Management client teams on client presentations, portfolio structure reviews, and investment performance reporting.
  • Serve as the relationship expert on investment capabilities, portfolio performance, the economy, and the market environment.
  • Prepare and present detailed investment information to clients.
  • Participate in business development efforts with Wealth Advisors, Trust Officers, and other relationship managers.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver a cohesive client experience.
  • Coordinate with clients, co-trustees, consultants, the bank's legal area, and outside attorneys to communicate client requirements and coordinate portfolio activity.
  • Meet with clients to review investment performance and forecast market changes based on economic and industry analysis, objectives, and asset allocation models.
  • Respond to client requests for information, advice, and service, including proactive outreach and creating investment content for prospect and client presentations, investment reviews, prospecting events, thought leadership articles, and investment updates.
  • Document account activities and client interactions.
  • Participate in weekly Portfolio Manager meetings.
  • Work individually or with a team on assigned projects.
  • Engage in thought leadership publications, educational opportunities, practice-hosted symposiums, and events.
  • Execute initiatives, new capability rollouts, and required training.
  • Maintain expertise in new investment strategies, tools, capabilities, portfolio research, and investment methodologies.
  • Provide feedback to leadership on national initiatives, changes, and expectations.
  • Stay current on economic data, equity and credit markets, specific company coverage, mutual funds, exchange-traded funds, and tactical asset allocation investment decisions.
Desired Qualifications
  • A CFA or other advanced designation such as CPA or CFP is desirable.
  • A graduate degree such as an MBA or JD is preferred.

Hallador Energy Closes $120 Million Senior Secured Credit Facilities

TERRE HAUTE, Ind., March 10, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Hallador Energy Company (Nasdaq: HNRG) (“Hallador” or the “Company”) today announced that on March 5, 2026, the Company closed a $120 million Senior Secured Credit Agreement (the “Credit Agreement”) maturing on March 5, 2029, consisting of a $75 million revolving credit facility and a $45 million delayed draw term loan facility (collectively, the “Facilities”). The Company expects to use borrowings under the Facilities to refinance its prior credit facility and provide working capital. The Company also benefits by extending the Company’s debt maturity profile and enhancing overall liquidity. Borrowings may also be used to support strategic growth initiatives and for general corporate purposes. Old National Bancorp posts record Q4 earnings with 27% EPS growth and 20% return on equity

Old National Bancorp reported record fourth-quarter earnings with adjusted earnings per share of $0.62, up 5% quarter-over-quarter and 27% year-over-year. The company achieved an adjusted return on average tangible common equity of nearly 20% and a return on assets of 1.37%.
