  • High school diploma or GED; Associate Degree or higher preferred
  • Previous health care coordination experience or customer service experience in a health-related field or environment (doctor's office, hospital or health clinic, or member service representative of a health plan)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent oral and written communication skills with a knack for building relationships with patients over the phone
  • Dedication to delivering world-class customer experience. You exhibit empathy, courtesy, helpfulness and efficiency
  • Strong critical thinking, organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, ever evolving environment
  • Knowledge of clinical terminology and health information systems strongly preferred; familiarity with reviewing medical charts
  • Experience utilizing electronic medical records and/or online scheduling systems
  • Proficiency in MS office (including google spreadsheets). Ability to learn Stellar documentation and care coordination applications
  • Bilingual (English/spanish) not required but a plus
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday 8 hours in your time zone of residence
