Requirements
  • 2+ years experience with Google Workspace and Apple products
  • Customer service experience both asynchronous (such as Slack) and synchronous (in-person)
  • Experience working with ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Strong documentation skills for self-service support
  • Have great communication skills for friendly end user support
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting level 1 support items (e.g. email, software, hardware, etc.)
Responsibilities
  • Empower a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of IT Operations
  • Own technology and assist in-office hardware setup and troubleshooting
  • Support an IT HelpDesk capability and empower Shakers to file help tickets (e.g. account lockouts, password resets, software troubleshooting, etc.)
  • Support our access request process via SAML/SSO configurations and integrations
  • Assist and document IT processes, such as employee onboarding, offboarding and access requests
  • Maintain inventories, provision, and image company-managed user devices (e.g. laptops, etc.)
  • Support company-wide access control measures to minimize data exposure risks (e.g. VPNs, secured WAPs and other networking components at physical offices, etc.)
