Responsibilities
  • Deliver on loyalty program goals, including acquisition, development, and retention
  • Analyze, recommend, and align on loyalty offers for all proprietary and vendor products
  • Manage Rewards program feature roadmap, across each program
  • Lead the between both 7Rewards and Speedy Rewards programs
  • Lead strategy and management of Rewards Menu
  • Develop marketing campaigns to execute impactful marketing communications to increase loyalty program to consumers as well as associates
  • Monitor competitive and industry trends to serve as subject matter expert within the organization
  • Building & gaining advocacy internally for future of loyalty program
  • Manage loyalty and points budget
  • Lead all loyalty partnerships, credit cards and pay card programs
