Requirements
  • Industry certification(s) in Facilities Management and/or related disciplines.
  • Management of mission critical technical facilities
  • Management of Class A office facilities from 100-500 thousand square feet
  • Project Management
  • Supervisory experience with a large diverse staff
  • College degree or commensurate work experience combined with continuing education related to core job functions
  • Microsoft Office 365 proficiency
  • Google Docs proficiency
Responsibilities
  • managing facilities operations at NPR’s headquarters building in Washington, DC
  • liaising with the managers and employees at various NPR facilities across the country to ensure uniform and timely delivery of services consistent with established policies and procedures
  • collects and maintains all facility records and operations and budget data
  • reports key data to stakeholders
