Responsibilities
  • Act as a senior member of a specialised Corporate Actions Client Service team, acting as a subject matter expert support on projects and initiatives aimed at improving the corporate action product
  • Ensure client inquiries are resolved and escalated as needed, review aged inquiries to ensure appropriate and timely resolution in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures
  • As required, participate in client calls and complete reporting tasks within the assigned timeframes
  • Share knowledge, provide training and coaching to team members
  • Assist managers by prioritizing the workload and ensure daily tasks are completed
  • Identifying urgent issues and escalating to senior management
  • Demonstrate understanding of State Street’s Risk Excellence principles and support the Risk Sensing function by identifying and documenting areas of potential risk, advocate solutions
  • Provide coverage in the absence of team member or First Line Manager
