- Drive, design and implement the base test automation framework.
- Assist in handoff to Client Support Teams (Client SMSs) and Engineers.
- Advise, assist, mentor and direct Client SMSs/Engineers on what to design and how to design the full scope of the automation framework, including identifying necessary functions and methods, enforcing best practices, setting implementation timetables and schedules, and directing code reviews.
- Deliver QA Implementation Plan to appropriate team members, including overview of the automation framework, expected automation coverage, expected manual test coverage, design timetables, risks, and team members and their roles.
- Develop a detailed test plan including project overview, QA responsibilities, timelines, resources and expectations.
- Sprint planning and estimations with Project Manager.
- Manage Client QA resources to develop and execute functional test scripts.
- Lead triage meetings.
- Manage test script coverage targets.
- Act as intermediary between Salesforce Business Analyst and QA Team.
- Plan regression cycles and performance testing.
