  • 2+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally selling to SMBs.
  • Proven track record of closing deals, especially with a focus on securing net-new logos.
  • Experience with outreach strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes, software development, or testing markets is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDIC/MEDDPIC is advantageous.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage SMB prospects through proactive outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to work on inbound leads, ensuring SLAs are met and leads are effectively progressed through the sales funnel to generate revenue.
  • Develop opportunities and close new SMB accounts, with a strong focus on net-new logo acquisition.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to SMB needs.
  • Assist clients with ROI calculations, providing clear value propositions and justifications for investing in mabl’s platform.
  • Collaborate with prospects to understand their technical and business requirements.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic prospecting and nurturing.
  • Stay informed about mabl's offerings, industry trends, and competitors to position our value effectively.
  • Accurately document all sales activities and pipeline progress in Salesforce.
