  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in the financial industry
  • Knowledge and proficiency in financial planning software (e.g., eMoney)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, effectively manage multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities accurately in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating comprehensive financial plans using eMoney
  • Gather, input, and analyze client data to develop tailored recommendations
  • Perform scenario modeling, stress testing, and asset allocation analysis
  • Assist in the ongoing maintenance and updates of existing financial plans to ensure they remain aligned with clients’ goals and any changes in their circumstances
  • Prepare and organize client-facing presentation materials
  • Collaborate with advisors to ensure plans align with client objectives and expectations
  • Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation
  • Manage workflows and deadlines to ensure timely plan delivery
  • Conduct research to support plan recommendations, including insurance, retirement, and estate planning
  • Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Desired Qualifications
  • Completion of or progress toward the CFP® or other relevant certifications is preferred but not required
  • eMoney software experience
  • Series 7
  • Series 63 & 65 or 66
  • Life, Accident & Health Insurance License
  • CFP Professional Designation
