Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent management, traffic management, resource management, or high-volume creative recruitment within a medium-to-large agency.
  • Confidence working with production teams to draft and execute contracts.
  • Ability to manage complex data, including availability, rates, and skills, with precision.
  • Experience with resource management software or customer relationship management tools.
  • Solid understanding of IR35 and employment legislation for freelance engagements.
  • Knowledge of creative roles and the software and tools they use.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, connect with, and qualify creative and production freelancers.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of the external network, including skills, software proficiency, technical setups, day rates, and real-time availability.
  • Work with Producers and Creatives to recommend talent matches based on project requirements.
  • Lead fee, rate, and contract negotiations and ensure engagements are commercially viable and compliant.
  • Qualify external partners and suppliers and assess their value and competitive risk.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and Operations to refine onboarding tools, freelance workflows, and talent management systems.
  • Work with Operations to build a workflow for strategically sharing resources between UK and North American teams before engaging external talent.
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing Manager to provide coverage for creative-department capacity and pipeline needs.
  • Support internal scheduling during high-volume periods and holiday gaps.

These regional leadership appointments follow the recent announcement of Mike Wallen as President and Main Board Director, who joined Testronic from Keywords Studios. In his new role, Wallen is responsible for driving Testronic's strategic growth and working closely with global leadership to deepen partnerships with studios and publishers worldwide. As part of this continued investment in the US business, Kevin Frazier joins Testronic's senior leadership team as Regional QA Director. With more than 30 years of experience across QA and IT - including senior leadership roles at Electronic Arts - Frazier is a highly respected industry leader who brings deep operational expertise and a proven track record in delivering quality at scale. Further enhancing Testronic's client partnership function, Nicole Closson has been appointed Business Development Manager.
