  • Develop an understanding of Carvana business processes and systems and lead Carvana's Third Party Relationship Program
  • Maintain expertise in applicable laws and regulations, including Carvana's control and business environment to coordinate responses to external reviews and questionnaires from strategic partners, capital market partners, and/or regulators
  • Work with Carvana's lines of business to collect evidentiary reporting to respond to external inquiries
  • Work closely with primary partners from Carvana's Legal, Compliance, Engineering, Information Security, and other relevant departments to support remediation activities resulting from external reviews
  • Manage and lead execution of projects and other deliverables as assigned by Legal or Compliance Team leadership. Set expectations on project outcomes and timelines
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication and positive relationships with business partners to ensure successful outcomes of third party reviews and strategic business objectives
  • Other job-related duties as assigned
