Requirements
  • High school diploma or higher education
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook for email and calendaring and proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Confidence, initiative, and the ability to learn new things quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented and extremely accurate
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize and take direction from multiple sources
  • Creative and an out of the box thinker
  • A knowledge in Photoshop, Canva or other design platforms is an asset
  • Flexible
Responsibilities
  • Plan and facilitate all company-wide events, activities, and team-buildings from conception to execution
  • Manage budgets and contracts
  • Maintain good relationships with vendors
  • Create marketing material for various DRW sponsored events
  • Manage event related participant surveys; collect, synthesize, and present gathered data to leadership
  • Manage and distribute annual vendor holiday gifts/cards
  • Serve as point of contact for in-office employee experience initiatives
  • Keep track of employee's accomplishments (marriages, milestones, babies, work anniversaries, etc.)
  • Maintain conference rooms and supply stations
  • Coordinate small facilities repairs (light bulb changes, installations, etc.) with building's maintenance team
  • Clean and tidy public office spaces
  • Running errands and performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Second back up for Reception sick days/vacations/lunch hours
  • Back up support for travel coordinator
