Through a structured training program, you will gain experience in operations, team leadership, and strategic planning, working closely with senior management and key departments.
Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive leadership training program covering all key operational areas.
Assist with project management, team coordination, and internal communication strategies.
Analyze performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with department leaders to implement business strategies.
Attend regular leadership workshops, mentoring sessions, and performance evaluations.
Shadow managers and provide support on internal projects and team supervision.
Contribute to team meetings with insights and progress reports.
