Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field. Or a combination of education and experience.
  • At least 1 year of relevant business experience
  • Experience in different aspects of the ADDIE model, including training needs analysis, development, design, implementation and evaluation.
  • Experience using e-learning design programs and tools to develop courses to be housed in and launched from an LMS.
  • Experience in LMS administration
  • Experience collaborating with internal resources and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Responsibilities
  • Create tailored New Employee Onboard blended learning plans based on individual needs for different roles, including scheduling instructor-led training, creating and assigning e-learning within an LMS, and recommending on-the-job learning opportunities.
  • Facilitate General or Specialized training as required. May include soft-skill training, leadership training, and generalized systems training.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations to improve course and program effectiveness.
  • Create and update training reports for employees and manager including session attendance, exam scores, and survey output.
  • Perform needs analyses for new training requests, assisting in the determination of training priority and development options.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to in-house facilitators on effective facilitation technique and learner engagement methods.
  • Update and customize course materials as needed.
