  • Bachelor’s Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science and engineering, applied sciences or engineering with relevant experience
  • Experienced Industrial specialty chemical sales personnel with a track record of sales success
  • Proven record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve team goals and business plan.
  • Ability to build a strong team atmosphere and culture for success that drives loyalty and team spirit and diversity.
  • Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of customer (businesses, organizational structure, value drivers, products/services, competitive market positions) and relevant industries and markets (economic trends, and value drivers, threats/opportunities, current growth and future potential)
Responsibilities
  • Overall management. You will have responsibility and accountability for the P&L of an Area Sales and Service Team.
  • Effectively leading the Areas teams to profitable sales growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, compliance and integrity.
  • Working with and inspire leaders of adjacent teams to create a collaborative work environment.
  • This position may include Strategic or Corporate Account oversight focusing on safety, contract terminology and pricing consistency within a client’s organization.
