Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in social media roles for leading consumer brands
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • A proven track record of building and scaling high-performing social campaigns that drive cultural relevance, social engagement, and business results

Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve Instacart's social media vision and strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall brand and business goals while consistently pushing creative boundaries across all platforms
  • Guide cross-functional teams (e.g., Creative, Legal) to develop and execute a high-performing brand social program
  • Act as the brand's real-time voice, leading Instacart's engagement in trending moments, cultural conversations, and community dialogue
  • Use data, cultural trends, and audience behavior to shape content strategies, inform campaign direction, and continuously optimize performance
  • Lead the daily execution of social campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Threads, and emerging platforms, skillfully balancing always-on content with impactful tentpole moments
  • Drive creative risk-taking and innovation, staying ahead of platform updates, new content formats, and creator partnerships to keep Instacart at the forefront of social media and culture
