Responsibilities
  • Lead Investor Relations Strategy: Shape and drive the overall investor relations strategy, partnering with executives to build and nurture long-term relationships with institutional investors, sell-side analysts, and other stakeholders.
  • Serve as the Face of Stitch Fix: Be a key spokesperson for the company’s investment story, engaging directly with the investment community, communicating financial performance, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth plans.
  • Drive Earnings Communications: Oversee the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the development of earnings releases, scripts, investor decks, and Q&A preparation for senior leadership.
  • Manage Investor Events: Lead the planning and execution of investor events such as earnings calls, analyst days, investor conferences, and one-on-one meetings. Ensure executives are well-prepared and that all event logistics are seamlessly managed.
  • Develop Competitive Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitive positioning, peer analysis, and market developments. Provide timely and insightful updates to senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
  • Shape External Messaging: Work closely with corporate communications to develop consistent, accurate, and impactful messaging around financial results, product innovations, strategic initiatives, and corporate developments.
  • Foster Internal Collaboration: Partner with finance, strategy, and product teams to ensure comprehensive understanding of Stitch Fix’s business drivers. Synthesize these insights into compelling narratives for external audiences.
  • Build Best-in-Class Investor Relations Infrastructure: Continuously improve the processes, systems, and tools that support the investor relations function, including maintaining the investor relations website, developing reporting tools, and maintaining key investor databases.
  • Represent the Company at Investor Forums: Lead executives on roadshows and investor conferences. Cultivate strong external relationships to ensure consistent engagement with the investment community and proactively address investor concerns.
  • Advise the C-Suite and Board of Directors: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the Board on shareholder concerns, market perceptions, and opportunities to enhance shareholder value.
