Candidates have Bachelors Degree with 12 years of QA experience or Masters Degree with 10 years of QA experience
Candidates have a min of 10 years of working experience with 5 years of management experience
Candidates have led a team of min 10 engineers across different geographic location
Candidates have hands-on experience on coming up with the QA strategy, implementation and tracking of the execution

Manage a team of 10-25 Software QA Engineers across multiple geographic locations
Timely delivery of the projects with good quality
Identify the gaps in current test methodologies and address them with proper progress tracking metrics
Identify the gaps in the current automation coverage and come up with the Plan to increase the coverage
Identify the new processes to track the test and automation coverage and implement them with proper tracking metrics
Implement strong testing practices covering Functional, Performance, Resilience and System aspects
Work closely with the other peers -Engineering/PM/Support/TAM for timely delivery of the projects
Track and follow the execution on Customer escalation/issues
Track the deployment of the software and enabling of the features in production with good quality and customer experience
Track the budgeting and resource planning
Identify the new test tools which can increase the test coverage and productivity
