  • Be responsible for day to day operations of the federal collaboration suite of tools (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Sharepoint)
  • Support tracking of key metrics and KPIs to ensure efficient and effective utilization of end user productivity, communication and collaboration tools and services
  • Follows and Supports change management processes for all collaboration tools
  • Work closely with the identity and access management team to ensure appropriate access for collaboration tools
  • Ensure 24/7 highest standards of availability, resilience, integrity, security and performance required by our internal customers for collaboration tools
  • This job requires excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Due to the dynamic nature of the business, self-motivation and the ability to learn quickly are essential
