Requirements
  • 5+ years relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training or broader Sales management roles
  • Very organized and detail oriented
  • Great communication skills and able to command a room
  • Primarily a self-starter, but you aren't afraid to ask for direction
  • A knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possible
  • Bachelors or masters degree from a top school preferred
Responsibilities
  • You will be the strategic enablement partner for our Sales Management team, working directly with key stakeholders to organize management training, oversee and measure effectiveness of procedures, and encourage uniformity of processes
  • Assist with identifying opportunities to develop our Sales Manager's skill sets by creating training content to drive results, fill gaps, and provide continuous feedback
  • Partnering cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Sales Ops, and other internal teams to continue to innovate and improve the Enablement experience and process. Be the liaison between the Sales Managers and other leaders to get ahead of roadblocks and missteps
  • Own the onboarding of new Managers end-to-end, ensuring that Managers are aware of the nuances of the processes they will run into, to facilitate a world class experience for the Manager and their reps
  • Be an organized communicator that can assist in managing QBRs and push initiatives in a top-down fashion
  • Help manage and support tools and resources to ensure that sales productivity is continuing to improve (creating reports, answering Manager questions, etc.)
  • Maintain updated knowledge within our internal Sales Manager Hub, whilst helping to track which resources are most-used
