Requirements
  • 10+ years experience with IT program management
  • 10 + years working in Technology related business, understanding of Cloud infrastructures and SaaS
  • 5+ years working in highly regulated financial industries with first hand knowledge of Risk Management, lines of defense
  • Experience communicating IT implementations and associated impacts to a corporate wide audience
  • Understanding of IT frameworks for ITIL (Incident, Change, Service, Problem), Asset management
  • Past experience with corporate programs for ERP, HR, Legal systems a plus
Responsibilities
  • Lead work intake for IT program requests to ensure accurate and complete requirements
  • Lead and facilitate IT program tracking, meeting cadence and resolution of issues to ensure on time delivery
  • Manage timely escalations to IT leadership and partner teams regarding hurdles or issues relative to delivery
  • Facilitate management and closure of all IT risk related audit findings, issues, controls per delivery dates
  • Provide communication and training to employees, both formal and ad hoc, relative to IT deployments and associated impacts
  • Continuing to grow IT credibility and transparency with business partners
