  • Minimum two (2) years of college or substitute leadership/supervisory experience, year for year

Responsibilities
  • Effectively leading the daily operations of the branch and providing a positive leadership example
  • Coaching and developing employees to support WSECU’s Brand Promise
  • Providing training to enhance product, sales and service skills
  • Conducting and observing coaching sessions and monthly routines
  • Ensuring branch is staffed at an efficient level to provide superior member service
  • Promoting teamwork by fostering positive communication, integrity, leadership, respect, recognition and accountability to enhance team unity
  • Attending and participating in regional meetings and providing staff coordination to support fellow branch needs
  • Organizing branch staff meetings
