Job Description:

Experienced Hosting Infrastructure Manager to oversee the management of server hosting infrastructure. Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of the server hosting environment, while also driving improvements and maintaining high standards of performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and govern the hygiene of the hosting area to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for server administration and maintenance.
• Identify areas for improvement in server hosting services and recommend effective solutions.
• Collaborate with Architects to review new demands and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as the go-to person for any hosting-related consulting, providing guidance as needed.
• Drive hosting initiatives for both SAP and non-SAP systems within the company's technical scope.
• Assist in driving teams, requests, and decisions related to hosting, including suggestions and advice.
• Support the creation of roadmaps and cybersecurity strategies for the hosting environment.
• Represent customer as a customer-facing employee, directly engaging with stakeholders and addressing their hosting needs.
• Oversee general governance of the hosting environment, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Support project-related topics by providing hosting expertise and guidance.
• Manage 3rd party suppliers involved in the hosting infrastructure, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
• Manage and support operational teams responsible for day-to-day hosting operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical knowledge and expertise in server hosting infrastructure management beneficial.
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance.
• Preferable experience in data center operations and management.
• Background in 3rd party supplier management is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage projects and drive initiatives to successful completion.
• Dedication to maintaining high standards of performance and security in the hosting environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in cloud computing and hosting.
