Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Continuously completing a high volume of daily outbound calls and logging these interactions according to standards correctly in the CRM system.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Booking consultation calls for Advisors via effective call positioning.
  • Updating individual contact records in the CRM database timely with accurate and up to date information relative to the inquirer’s circumstances.
  • Personalizing and sending templated emails via CRM and SMS messages to establish, follow-up, and maintain relationships with the inquirer.
  • Utilizing online chat to engage with initial enquiries and book consultation calls where appropriate.
  • Ensure set applications and admissions tasks are followed up on and correctly linked to stages of the intake (e.g. deadline reminders) processes.
