Responsibilities
  • Lead the creative process by generating innovative ideas and engaging the audience through effective concept development and skillful writing
  • Work with planning and design team to ensure the delivery of superior creative solutions, drive client results, and meet financial targets
  • Develop a creative strategy and innovative solutions to solve client marketing and communication challenges
  • Develop client deliverables and effectively communicate the vision to colleagues and clients
  • Ensure on-brand design, accurate message content, and adherence to the experiential platform
  • Oversee creative execution across multiple projects and budgets, ensuring work is on time and on budget
  • Foster a creative culture and environment by making creative sessions a 'safe' place where all participants are heard and respected
  • Stay abreast of cultural events, technology, and social media trends that affect clients' audiences
  • Drive continuous process improvement and facilitate productive creative development
  • Network between offices to share ideas, knowledge, and resources
  • Serve as a coach to more junior creative team members and a trusted advisor to key senior clients
  • Provide leadership in developing business strategies for new and existing clients that lead to revenue growth
  • Understand clients' business objectives and generate relevant creative ideas to assist in achieving those objectives
  • Work to establish partnerships and relationships that advance diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
