Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to identify opportunities to improve workplace operations, efficiency, and service delivery.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager on national workplace initiatives, office openings, relocations, and special projects.
  • Develop and maintain office standards, operating procedures, and workplace documentation to ensure operational consistency across all Excel offices with the help of individual satellite office administrators.
  • Coordinate employee seating plans, workspace assignments, and space utilization to support organizational growth.
  • Oversee and maintain office access systems, visitor registration platforms, shipping and mail operations, and workplace software.
  • Manage workplace health, safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity initiatives while ensuring compliance with company policies, building regulations, and workplace safety standards.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison and mentor for individual office administrators regarding building management, building services, security coordination, maintenance requests, and after-hours access.
  • Independently manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and vendor scheduling for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
  • Review vendor performance, escalate operational issues, and recommend process improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain office budgets and report weekly spending.
  • Lead the planning of employee engagement initiatives, including office celebrations, happy hours, volunteer events, holiday programming, and wellness initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the employee workplace experience while reinforcing the company culture.
  • Serve as the primary operational resource during the Senior Manager’s absence.
  • Perform other assigned duties and special projects.

Cadillac Formula 1 Team has chosen Excel Sports Management as its Agency of Record responsible for leading commercial sales strategy and partnership development globally. Cadillac Formula 1 Team has already established a platform across partnerships, performance, brand and fan engagement, according to the agency. This next phase marks a critical step in expanding its commercial platform, with Excel tasked to amplify revenue growth through an integrated approach to partnerships. The team has been working for almost a year with agencies to find sponsors, industry executives told Sports Business Journal, with Excel Sports Management, Wasserman and Right Formula among those that have been mentioned. Cadillac Formula 1 Team announced a multi-year partnership with Tommy Hilfiger last June as the team's official apparel partner and lifestyle sponsor. Jim Beam recently kicked off a partnership with the Cadillac Formula 1 team which includes branding on the car and in-person activations, marking Jim Beam's first major move into Formula 1. Cadillac Formula 1 Team and Excel will focus on evolving and scaling a best-in-class commercial ecosystem, creating distinctive, high-impact opportunities for brands. Central to this vision is Cadillac F1 Team's position as the only American team that is uniquely equipped to deliver innovative partnerships in the world's fastest growing sport. Formula 1 has continued to evolve into one of the leading sports and cultural platforms globally, says Jason Miller, executive vice president, commercial revenue and head of properties, Excel Sports Management. Excel Sports expands properties division with Paiser hire, Mankus elevation. Danny Paiser will serve as the new vice president and managing director for international properties, based in London, UK. Excel Sports Management, the prominent sports and commercial agency, has announced the appointment of Danny Paiser as its new vice president and managing director for international properties. In his new role, Paiser will oversee the sale of commercial raghts internationally for partnered sports properties, and will continue to aid the expanded internationalization of the business' global client base. Paiser has recently served as a strategic advisor for the Ingage Games fan engagement focused tech company, and the Al-Hilal Saudi Arabian soccer side, where he had been international commercial lead. Prior to that, he had been senior vice president for commercial at agency KIN partners, where he served between July 2020 and March 2024. He also had a long spell at soccer multi-club ownership group City Football Group between 2013 and 2019, where he held a number of roles including regional manager for Latin America and Europe, Middle East and Asia (EMEA), head of regional partnerships, vice president and head of partnership sales, director of tours, and vice president for partnerships EMEA. Excel's portfolio of clients includes sides from across the major US leagues NBA and WNBA (both basketball), MLS (soccer), NHL (Ice hockey), MLB (baseball), NFL (American football), and college sports' NCAA, as well as English soccer's Premier League, and global motor racing's Formula 1.

The agency was founded by sports agent Jeff Schwartz, who left IMG in 2002, and was later joined by former IMG executives Casey Close and Mark Steinberg.
