Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing product marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Create and explain strong value propositions that help differentiate our products in the market and help Udemy be seen as a thought leader.
  • Develop and implement pricing and packaging strategies that maximize revenue and market share for the Udemy Business Portfolio.
  • Work with sales to create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, including product launches, positioning, and messaging.
  • Work with product to guide market research to understand customer needs, competition, and market trends. Translate this information into competitive intelligence resources that can be used by the field in customer and prospect engagements.
  • Work closely with product management, sales, enablement and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful product launches.
  • Build relationships with key customers to create advocates and leverage their feedback to influence messaging.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across marketing and product to help make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
