Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry
  • Prior experience working in an externally facing, service-oriented role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to learn and apply concepts in a dynamic environment
  • Prior experience in P&C industry
  • Knowledge of the coastal homeowner's insurance market
Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Manager of PRM in the delivery of white glove service to our most strategic distribution partners
  • Operate as a key point of contact in the day-to-day management of our partner relationships
  • Monitor various aspects of the policy life cycle to ensure operational health
  • Coordinate with PRM team to develop and implement strategies to improve the partner experience and our own operations
  • Be an advocate internally for each of our distribution partners and their priorities
  • Monitor production trends and initiate review as anomalies emerge
  • Maintain the library of resource documentation
  • Own projects to support the continued growth of the Partner Relationship Management team
