Requirements
  • Three to six years of experience in a high-velocity environment, startup operations, investment banking, management consulting, or a similarly fast-paced setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several critical projects at once without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to recalibrate quickly as priorities shift without losing momentum or letting things slip.
  • Ability to execute a pre-existing playbook and use discretion to know when to change it.
  • Expert proficiency in Excel or Sheets.
Responsibilities
  • Onboard new customers into Grapevine’s procurement platform, owning the process end-to-end and ensuring seamless product adoption.
  • Manage several critical projects simultaneously, prioritizing and reprioritizing daily to keep the highest-impact work moving.
  • Build new tools and reports in Excel or Sheets to create repeatable, accurate data operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success to optimize procurement outcomes.
  • Conduct analyses and create playbooks that continue driving down pricing for customers.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience in implementations, project management, or running complex customer onboarding work streams.
  • Experience in medical-surgical supplier or group purchasing organization contracts, or sales for a medical-surgical supplier or group purchasing organization.
  • Prior work at an early-stage technology company.
  • Familiarity with healthcare procurement workflows.
