Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and maintain an acceptable driving record throughout employment.
- Must be dependable and punctual.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work various schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs require.
- Must be willing and able to work long hours on a daily basis during peak seasons.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Must be able to walk, bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools.
- Test and balance pool chemicals.
- Inspect pool equipment for proper operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on pool systems and equipment.
- Vacuum pools, brush walls, clean filters, and remove debris.
- Accurately document services performed and chemical usage.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding service needs and recommendations.
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized condition.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous pool service experience preferred but not required.
- Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills.
- Ability to use technology such as smartphones or service management apps.
