  • 5+ years of human resources experience in multinational companies (technology company preferred)
  • 2+ years partnering with a business unit or functional area (software, sales or engineering strongly preferred)
  • Strong track record of building credibility with executives & managers
  • Strong background of working across multiple human resource disciplines, including: compensation, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and employment law in a variety of states &/or countries
  • High agility by embracing innovative ideas, being comfortable with iterative ways of working, synthesizing a wide range of information, and possessing the ability to navigate multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to advise and influence executive leaders and their teams on sensitive topics

Responsibilities
  • Use your strong business acumen and talent management skills to work with, advise, and consult the functional leaders, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Guide leadership through Talent Management programs, cycles, policies, and philosophy such as performance and pay planning
  • Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, succession planning and M&A
  • Manage and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
