Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Certification in corporate training, instructional design, or a related area (CPTD, ATD, SHRM, etc.) preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in professional development, training, or learning & development roles
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and talent management
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
  • Ability to analyze data and measure training effectiveness
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities as necessary
  • Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude
  • Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player with excellent work ethics
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful leadership and compliance training programs
  • Tactful, professional demeanor with ability to interact effectively with managers, employees, internal and external parties
Responsibilities
  • Follow safe work practices in accordance with company and client worksite policies
  • Promote company Core Values to foster and safeguard family-centric culture
  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for high-potential employees and emerging leaders
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions
  • Develop and implement professional development programs, workshops, and training initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • Partner with external vendors, consultants, and training providers to source and deliver specialized development programs
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new learning technologies to enhance professional development initiatives
  • Create career development pathways and provide coaching and mentorship opportunities for employees
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other digital training platforms to support online and blended learning
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization
  • Travel as required by E2 Optics
