Requirements
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant sales experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Portuguese is highly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of digital sales tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Prior experience in a full-cycle sales role or a related field focused on direct client sales.
  • Ability to communicate basic concepts and exchange ideas and account information clearly and concisely.
Responsibilities
  • Apply knowledge of Visa products and offerings to sell products and solutions, support business goals, maintain customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage current accounts, identify new account opportunities, maintain account plans, and create presentation materials for all levels of client organizations.
  • Forecast sales and manage sales cycles from initial contact through procurement, ensuring sales tools are appropriately used and regularly maintained.
  • Participate in client communications and develop and deliver client presentations using phone, video conferencing, digital whiteboards, and webcasts.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and government regulations affecting the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with the digital sales team to develop new business strategies and tactics.
  • Participate in ongoing digital sales training.
