Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as a BDR.
  • 3+ years experience in an enterprise software and/or software services company.
  • Experience working at an early stage company.
  • Entrepreneur mindset, capable and excited about generating their own pipeline.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with potential customers and build relationships.
  • Knowledge and experience in engaging both C-level executives and engineering leadership, and a solid understanding of how to work with both.
  • Able to travel to tradeshows, conferences, and customer sales trips 5-8 times per year.
  • US Person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident).
  • Live in the Boulder/Denver area and are able to be in-office 3-4 days per week.
Responsibilities
  • Achieving and exceeding your quota for outbound communications and new business origination.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Understand PickNik’s typical customer engagement process and set expectations accordingly with prospects.
  • Develop and nurture executive relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor on customer-centric solutions.
  • Driving excitement and desire to meet with PickNik at trade shows.
  • While outbound is your primary responsibility, you will also have responsibility for handling inbound leads from the web-site.
