Requirements
  • 6+ years Credit Cards experience in financial services with a demonstrated understanding of the control framework.
  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
  • Lead the evaluation of key processes, including AML, with broad implications for Branded Cards.
  • Drive the design and analysis efforts to improve consistency, limit hand-offs, clearly define ownership, and mitigate risk.
  • Maintain book of work, provide summary view to management.
  • Recommend process and controls for simplification and automation.
  • Identify need for resourcing where appropriate for tech or larger scale projects.
  • Own or support Issues, drive timely and complete resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance workflow tools (WFM).
  • Design or partner to ensure new procedures, ARCMs and other key control documents are updated.
  • Support communications with Legal and Compliance, including regulatory and policy updates that may affect businesses.

  • Partner across all stakeholders—control functions, the business in a way that demonstrates collective obligation on managing risk through appropriate controls. Curious and motivated to drive meaningful improvements throughout complicated processes.
  • Detail oriented, with proven ability to question and identify opportunities within existing processes and business practices by leveraging previous experiences and knowledge of the business.
