A well-established personal injury law firm is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Negotiations Specialist to join its Negotiations Department on a full-time basis. With a reputation for fiercely advocating for clients’ rights, the firm has been serving injured individuals for over four decades, ensuring they receive the compensation they deserve. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution.

What You’ll Do

Conduct settlement negotiations for personal injury claims
Resolve medical liens and manage associated documentation
Effectively communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers
Organize case files and maintain accurate records
Utilize technology efficiently to manage tasks and deadlines
Collaborate with team members while also working autonomously

What You Need

2-4 years of experience in personal injury claims, settlement negotiations, and medical lien resolution
Strong communication and organizational skills
Competence in mathematics and attention to detail
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems
Team-oriented yet able to work independently
Experience as an insurance adjuster is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus but not required

Salary: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience
