Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
  • Prior management experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Experience working effectively in a team-oriented/collaborative environment
  • Ability to multi-task while effectively managing time and meeting critical deadlines
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to advocate for the customer experience
  • Experience in Pharmacy Business Management and/or Healthcare related fields strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Selenium and Cypress test automation tools
Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate quality assurance testing functions for Pharmacy Business Management across multiple functional areas, including Direct to Consumer platforms
  • Lead and coordinate with on and offshore QA teams to meet project requirements
  • Prepare test cases, document scenarios and lead testing process/structure with on and offshore teams
  • Define testing strategies and standards to ensure product being tested meets or exceeds standards
  • Create test plans and define various levels of testing phases
  • Record test results and defects and promptly communicate to development teams and management on progress
  • Participate in project requirement sessions, analyze and build test cases and prepare test plans
  • Define department best practices, oversee personnel management, work with senior leadership on budget and hiring functions
  • Represent RxSense Enterprise Engineering on internal and external calls with third party and/or client facing areas
  • Continued refinement and enhancement to the QA SDLC process with a focus on continued implementation of a best in class Quality Assurance Team
  • Recruitment/evaluation of new hires and contract employees
