As a member of our Product Success team, you will be at the forefront of helping us deliver value to our clients through successful completion, delivery, and execution of projects and software implementations. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, architect solutions, project manage the implementation of our software, and provide feedback to the product team for future iterations of the product. 

You Will:

• Manage the end-to-end process of digital project implementation, including uploading data, tracking digital projects throughout their lifetime, and reporting out results to clients
• Provide exceptional client service and support, constantly considering ways we could better serve clients through new features, use cases, and products
• Partner with Go to Market to advise on the feasibility of projects and architect win-win solutions for clients
• Partner with account management to enable sales, including providing training and support for those working closest with clients
• Identify and support automation of repeatable implementations and customer support processes
• Execute special projects to further the success of our digital retrieval products and team
• Provide feedback to the product teams to continually improve our product to meet customer needs

What You Will Bring to the Table: 

• Driven, entrepreneurial, startup-ready
• Ability to communicate effectively with different client personas, as well as cross-functionally with internal partners
• Ability to quickly ramp up on technical aspects of Datavant’s software and how it can be used for various end uses
• Highly-organized and able to handle multiple client projects simultaneously with systematic follow up and responsiveness to client requests
• Able to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment and make reasonable decisions when faced with ambiguity
• Creative problem solver; you excel at helping to problem solve customer needs rapidly and effectively engaging other internal stakeholders as needed

Bonus Points if:

• Youhave experience working at or with health plans, specifically in regards to data analytics or delivery
• You have prior experience implementing SaaS solutions

Our compensation philosophy is to be externally competitive, internally fair, and not win or lose on compensation. Salary ranges for this position are developed with the support of benchmarks and industry best practices.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated salary range for this role is  $90,000-$135,000.
