- At least seven years of experience, including at least five years managing fixed-price projects within an IT services company or consulting firm.
- An engineering diploma at Bac+5 from a leading institution.
- A solid technical background in Java, Python, and SQL to challenge technical teams effectively.
- Advanced, essential proficiency with Jira.
- Proven expertise in project management, including Agile, the V-model, SAFe, and risk management.
- Strong familiarity with Data and artificial intelligence ecosystems.
- Fluency in French and English in an international context.
- Strong autonomy, persuasion, synthesis, written and oral communication, and consulting skills.
- Manage fixed-price projects end to end, including traditional fixed-price and C2S engagements, and manage contractual matters and amendments with the Sales team.
- Ensure cost, quality, and delivery timelines, and take responsibility for the value and quality of technical team deliverables.
- Manage the profitability and margin of the project portfolio, including ETC and EAC indicators.
- Ensure strict compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Adapt Scrum/Agile, the V-model, and SAFe project-management frameworks to the uncertainties of Data and artificial-intelligence projects.
- Coordinate and inspire production teams composed of engineers.
- Prepare and lead steering and follow-up committees with major-account decision makers as a strategic advisor.
- Support the Business Development team through a 360-degree view of client ecosystems.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Work with Sales to frame delivery arrangements to maximize client satisfaction and team performance.
- Structure backlogs, optimize delivery workflows in Jira, and automate reporting.
- Help transform and industrialize the Delivery function through processes, corporate-tool integration, and internal KPIs.
