Responsibilities
  • Proactively reach out and be the first point of contact for targeted agencies, introducing our services and scheduling appointments.
  • Help shape Anzen's distribution strategy for your territory.
  • Smash production quotas with your hunter mentality.
  • Track and meet weekly, monthly, and annual activity metrics.
  • Work with the Anzen team to drive growth, continuously learn, and contribute to our success.
  • Know Anzen’s target agency demographics inside out, including commercial insurance specialization, minimum revenue, geography, and executive risk opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings for Regional Distribution Leads and the Head of Distribution to showcase our offerings to targeted agencies.
  • Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time to finalize appointments.
  • Keep our CRM system updated with accurate prospect and appointment information.
  • Work closely with Regional Distribution Leads and the Head of Distribution on target agencies and appointment scheduling strategies. Provide regular updates on your activities and outcomes.

Anzen offers executive risk insurance and tools to mitigate management risk, including D&O, Employment Practices, and Fiduciary insurance. The company integrates with core HR and finance systems to provide a holistic view of operations and proactive people operations tools.
