- Graduate of a two-year vocational program in building maintenance, or two years of maintenance experience in lieu of vocational training.
- A current Oklahoma driver's license and proof of a good driving record from the Oklahoma Department of Motor Vehicles are required.
- Inspect the assigned area of the hospital, checking all systems and subsystems.
- Complete all assigned corrective actions in a timely manner.
- Complete all assigned preventive work orders.
- Complete minor electrical assignments as required.
- Complete minor plumbing tasks as assigned.
- Assist with snow and ice removal.
- Assist with equipment and furniture moves.
