- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 8+ years of experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders; customer facing background preferred (Sales Engineer, Technical Presales, Solution Architect, Technical consultant, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager, Business Analyst)
- Excellent understanding of APIs and REST integrations
- Strong technical skills, including experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies
- Experience scoping projects, designing technical solutions, and delivering on projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
