Requirements
  • A valid Medical Assistant certification is required.
  • One to two years of clinical or medical experience is preferred.
  • Experience in home health, mobile healthcare, or field-based roles is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology is required.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently while following clinical protocols is required.
  • Basic computer proficiency for electronic documentation is required.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation are required.
Responsibilities
  • Perform delegated clinical tasks and patient care duties in a field-based setting.
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist providers during visits.
  • Scribe for physicians and document clinical findings accurately.
  • Perform chart checks to monitor and evaluate patient progress.
  • Coordinate and assist with patient scheduling and visits.
  • Conduct initial assessment calls with new patients.
  • Order and manage medical supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Adhere to infection control, safety, and patient privacy standards.
  • Communicate with providers, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care.
