Requirements
  • 3+ years of results-based direct sales and/or account management experience
  • Strong phone presence and professional online communication skills
  • Confidence in prospecting, presenting, and closing deals virtually and over the phone
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft tools (Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a book of existing clients while actively pursuing net-new sales opportunities
  • Sell primarily hardware and licensing solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle: quoting, negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up
  • Build strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing
  • Maintain up-to-date and detailed notes in HubSpot CRM
  • Provide consistent forecasting and pipeline visibility to sales leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales support, and technical teams to deliver an excellent client experience
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working for a reseller, MSP, distributor, or vendor in Canada is highly preferred
  • Active and professional online presence (e.g., LinkedIn)
  • Proven success in growing hardware and/or licensing sales in a previous role
  • Familiarity with Canadian IT distribution channels (e.g., Ingram Micro, Tech Data/Synnex, etc.)
